Controller motor pas cu pas cu functii.

Atentie ( la acest controller aveti nevoie de un driver pentru motorul pas cu pas comandat ).

Controllerul are mai multe functii si conduce motorul intre doua puncte (limitatoare) A si B.

Functia 1 : se plimba intre puntele A si B ( pleaca din puntul A in punctul B apoi iar spre A si tot asa pana apasam butonul de oprire )

Functia 2 : pleaca din punctul A si cand ajunge in punctul B se intoarce la punctul A.Pentru a relua ciclul apasam iar butonul start.

Functia 3 : pleaca din punctul A si se opreste la punctul B . daca apasam start din nou va pleca din punctul B si va ajunge in punctul A ... si tot asa.

Functia 4 : control manual.

Controllerul are potentiometru pentru reglarea viterei de deplasare.

Alimentare : 6-24V DC, 0,1A.

 

Automatic round trip mode.   
 
The device runs back and forth between point A and point B.   
After the device is powered on, the external trigger starts running. After the device runs to the positive limit of point A, it automatically reverses the running to the B point reverse limit, and then runs to point A, and runs back and forth. The motor stops running until the trigger stops.   
parameter settings:   
1. Set SW1=OFF, SW2=OFF (automatic round trip mode)   
2. Adjust the appropriate speed with onboard speed regulation or an external potentiometer.   
 
Single Trigger Mode.   
 
The device stops after moving from point A to point B. Start the device again and stop from point B to point A.   
After the device is powered on, the external trigger starts running. The device starts from point A. When the device runs to the B-point forward limit, the device stops running. If it starts again, the device stops from point B and reaches point A, and the device stops. Start A->B stop and start the movement process of B->A stop. If the stop of the motor is triggered during the operation of the device, it stops immediately.

2. Adjust the appropriate speed with onboard speed regulation or an external potentiometer.

Jog mode.   
 
It is completely started by the external switch controller and is reversed.   
After the device is powered on, the bottom level motor of the start input is running forward, the bottom level is canceled, and the motor stops. The bottom level motor of the stop input is reversed, the bottom level is canceled, and the motor is stopped.   
parameter settings:   
1. Set SW1=ON, SW2=ON (jog mode)   
2. Board speed or external potentiometer to adjust the appropriate speed.
